Techno Community is a community management system that helps community managers to enable automated services for the community.
Property Access.
- System is intended for closed groups that is defined via back-end. This group is the properties owners of that community.
- Owners can create their sub-users and define the functions to access within the application
Communication Automation
- News Feed. This helps community managers to publish events, news and decisions.
- Invoices & Payments. System will publish automatically dues that should be paid by property owners and facilitate payments.
- Complains. Application enables users to send complains attached with images to community manager to take the proper action and reply via system back-end
Service Automation
- Users can request service via application. When service is fulfilled, users can pay the service via application.
- Community security is enabled via “Gate Passes”. Users can issue Gate Passes to their visitor to secure and control access of visitor to the residential or commercial property.
Opinion Collection
- System enable process of collecting opinion via “Voting” option in the application. Community manager can publish topics for voting. Voting counts/results are seen by everyone to guarantee transparency of options and decisions within the community
